People have a lot of wrong ideas about how relationships work, and these romantic myths and misconceptions can interfere with our ability to find happiness.

In the video below, which I filmed as part of the Alpha Omega Project, I was asked to share what I see as one of the biggest misconceptions people have about love and relationships and discuss what the research actually shows.
