People have been looking for ways to enhance their libidos and sexual functioning for centuries; however, it turns out that most of the aphrodisiacs that have been discovered to date are not really all that effective. Indeed, to the extent that people find success with a given aphrodisiac, it likely has more to do with the power of suggestion than anything. So what can we do to enhance our sex drives and sexual performance? Check out the video below for a look at what the science has to say.
