Characteristics of Male Sex Workers (Infographic)

When it comes to prostitution, women are much more likely than men to enter the profession. As a result, most research in this area has tended to focus on female sex workers. So what do we know about men who sell sex for money? A new study published in the Journal of Sex Research provides a fascinating glimpse into the characteristics, motivations, and experiences of male escorts. The infographic below summarizes some of the most interesting findings.
